Most in-office and reference lab tests are included. In addition, we have arranged steeply discounted prices for diagnostic testing and therapeutic interventions with local and regional providers. By negotiating wholesale pricing on labs, we save members hundreds, if not thousands of dollars annually.

Get extended, stress-free visits with your physician. We intentionally limit our patient panel size to provide you with sufficient visit time and scheduling flexibility.

Our simple monthly membership fee gives you direct access to your physician. If you need a lab that isn’t included, we have a price list you can peruse.

We help our clients find the most affordable medications, through their local preferred pharmacy, online coupons, or by our in-house urgent care dispensary (coming soon).
